How many stores do you have?

How do you calculate your shipping and handling?

The shipping is determined by the weight of each item. We add $2.00 for handling. We use UPS shipping for our merchandise.

How long will my product take to ship?

We try to ship orders within 48 hours. If one or more items in your order is on backorder, we may hold your order to two extra days to receive the item and send it all together. This helps everyone pay less for shipping.

Should there be a problem shipping your order, we will contact you within 48 hours.

Do you take debit cards

We do if there is a credit card logo at the bottom.

What types of credit cards do you take?

We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept Discover.

I didn't pay tax when I ordered. Why?

Since we only have a warehouse and office in NJ and New York state, then you do not have to pay tax if your products are being delivered outside of New Jersey or New York state.
